Gov. Chris Christie has another childhood pal to throw under the bus.

In the latest twist to the “Bridgegate” scandal, emails show Lt. Thomas (Chip) Michaels took Christie’s Port Authority point man David Wildstein on a the tour of the George Washington Bridge at the start of the traffic mess.
