With pending econimic Tsunami and a LOT more people shifting from Middle class to poor- a former VP of a major bank told me "what's fair" is universal Medicaid - it's like the Canada plan. Employers and individuals pay for BETTER coverage. Gets people out of emergency room and if they don't have supplemental insurance they get generic drugs and have to wait 3 hours to see a Dr If they don't work it's OK.  We can put a Starbucks in the lobby of the clinics.  Food trucks can sell lunches to people waiting for healthcare. There has to be a way to package it to make the GOP vote for it.  Eventually it will happen.  This way people still have "choice" in health care- if they have a job that it.
